Tribunj or Vodice as Base for Kornati and Krka

Dear Members,

Am still struggling with my 20 day itinerary and am now leaving Plitvice.

After doing my research, have decided to skip Zadar totally and drive straight from Plitvice to either Vodice or Tribunj.

We are 2 adults and one 10 year old and would love to visit Kornati and Krka as 2 separate day trips. Is Vodice or Tribunj a better place to base ourselves? From these 2 towns, are there excursion tours to Kornati and Krka?

Any recommendations on accomodation as well?

We%26#39;ll be renting a car and drive from Zegreb all the way down to Dubrovnik.

Hi, I am disappointed you skipped Zadar...

I would take Murter as a base for day trips to Kornati and Krka.

Choose Biograd as your base and then you don%26#39;t have to skip anything.
