having visited croatia six times so far I am in love wtih the place and plan to return there for another three weeks in the summer.
We usually stay in Cavtat - at hotel Croatia - we love it because it doesn%26#39;t have the hustle of dubrovnik, and there is nothing nicer than walking down by the water and having a few cocktail at night - without being overrun with tourists in the way dubrovnik can be.
my question is this - for those of you who know Cavtat and Croatia in general is there any other place that we could spend one of the weeks this summer that would be quite like Cavtat but not absolutely over-run with tourists. We plan to go at the end of August.

What about Komiza on Vis? I don%26#39;t know how busy it is in August, but it is quite smart.
