Ciovo is an island right off the unesco world heritage city of trogir, about 30km from Split. It is connected to the mainland with a bridge, which is toll-free.

bayview apartments could mean a lot. which bay is meant. kastela bay where arbania and slatina is located are oriented northwards and the view you get there is more or less a view on split international airport right on the mainland. the saldun bay has a wonderful beach, but is quite a crowded area and the part from camp rozac northwards (ie. all what is part of trogir municipality) struggles with the nearby trogir shipyard.

i recommend the southern side of ciovo island, ie mavarcica bay. this bay is not that overcrowded, has clean water and stunning views on the islands of solta, brac and even hvar. we stayed at villa adriana apartments www.ciovo.eu

Ciovo is one of the best choices for your holidays.It is connected to mainland with road bridge.

I will write the best points of this area.

- near Split international airport about 8 km

- near Trogir old walled pearl town under protection of Unesco called %26quot; litlle Venice %26quot;

- near many hot spots in middle Dalmatia such as:

Primosten, Rogoznica, Sibenik, Omis, Makarska...

- this area is well known for it%26#39;s beautiful natural beaches with cristal sea

- south side of Ciovo has a phantastic sea view at Dalmatian islands - Businci and Mavarstica Bay and perfect beaches - that is my favorite side of island

- north side of Ciovo has a view at Kastela Bay and Split

- Bayview apartments are situated at north side of Ciovo and they are complex of four bulidings with apartments
