10ish miles around Porec is more or less flat and South to Limski bay too.Up North beyond Novigrad (towards Umag,Savudrija) is even flatter.

Before Novigrad you can drive through Mirna river channel and via Ponteportone go all the way to Buzet (deep in Istria) without virtually climb a foot. You will pass few hill top scenic places ( Groznjan,Motovun,Vizinada,Oprtalj...) and (only if you want) climbi there you to test your lungs %26amp; legs.

Low gear and more spinning than pushing (pedals) should make any ride a pleasure.

Many local tourist/car hirers are renting bikes and if no luck on internet you should be able to find them on the spot.

You will need a (high resolution) map

Wherever you go choose pedestrian zones, side paths and low traffic roads.Make yourself highly visible.Driving culture and attitude towards spandex/lycra wearing population is medieval.
