After spending some time elsewhere visiting friends, I%26#39;m meeting the wife in London, then flying into Ljublana, Slovenia. We%26#39;ll spend about three days in the capital, visit Bled, then spend the remaining ten days working our way down the coast to Dubrovnik. I%26#39;d like to see Split and one or two Islands. The time frame (after we leave Slovenia) will be May 30th thru June 8th. Anyone think it will be a problem finding accomodations without getting them ahead of time? Just %26quot;floating%26quot; into a hostel?
P.S. Is there any beach doubles volleyball in Split or Dubrovnik? I know there%26#39;s a big FIVB event in Zagreb this May so maybe there%26#39;s some sand courts in the city somewhere?

I will venture to say that you will be perfectly fine in getting accommodations as you travel in late May and early June. This will allow you lots of flexibility.

Barry is right - no problems finding accommoadtion at that time. Beach volleyball - check bachvice beach when in Split. There is always something going on there and you may even discover picigin. :))))))))))
