We%26#39;re planning our first trip to Croatia in September 08 and would like to know if anyone can reccommend towns or resorts with a good variety of bars and restuarants. We prefer to have these within walking distance. Any help or guidance appreciated.

Which part of Croatia do you intend to visit?
I assume you want to visit a resort on the coast rather than inland.
If flying to Pula, have a look at Rovinj, Porec, or Opatija.
If flying to Split there are several resorts along the Makarska Riveria or you could consider an island off the coast of Split such as Brac, Hvar or Korcula.
There are other airports in Croatia such as Rijeka, Zagreb %26amp; Dubrovnik really depends on your preference.
