It would be best to take the bus. The ferry doesn%26#39;t run very often and it would take you longer anyways.

I have rented a boat to go from Dubrovnik to Split - any places I should see along the way - what islands should we stop in at???

The ferry is a great way to travel between Dub and Split but takes all day - 9.30 am to 6 pm. It stops at Korcula and Stari Grad as well. It doesn%26#39;t run every day but is great to use.

You can get the bus and it takes 4 hours - an equally great journey along the side of the Adriatic rather than in it.

Despite time difference the cost is very similar - 100 kuna on the bus and 94 kuna on the boat last October 2007.

For the boat check the Jadrolinija website. There are also bus websites for both Split and Dubrovnik.
