directions to bol (Brac)

Please give me advice how to get from Split to Bol, may be its quicker to get fery from split to bol or from split to Supetar then by bus?

There is a catamaran Split -Bol. Last year it was daily at 4 pm from Split, check on www.jadrolinija.hr

Catch the catarmarin if you can as it takes you directly to Bol. It leaves every day at 4:00 pm and takes one hour. If you miss it or want to leave in the morning, then you have to catch a ferry to Supetar and then catch a bus or a taxi to Bol. For latest bus timetable Supetar to Bol see

We will come to Split by plane at 15.30. in august , so I read that we can not cach the boat straight from split to Bol which leaves at 4 PM. Where can I get info(or time table), at what time leaves last boat from Split to Supetar. We are planning to be a week in Hotel bretanide in bol. May be some comments about this hotel and area.

Yes, you%26#39;ll have to catch the ferry to Supetar and then a bus or taxi. But also check with your travel agent or Bretanide direct to see if they run a transfer from Split to Bol since many of the hotels do organise special fast catarmaran, especially if you are arriving on a charter flight.

I%26#39;ve never stayed there but the Bretanide looks a very clean hotel, in a great location close to the main beach of Zlatni Rat. It has a good wellness centre and I think operates mainly on an all inclusive meal basis.

You would take the ferry from Split to Supetar and then drive to Bol or wherever else you are going.
