I am travelling to Split in May and after reading reviews I thought I would book Hotel Peristil.

I do not have email address or web site information

Can anyone help me or have any other ideas. I am planning to stay in Croatia for 2 weeks mid may

We will be staying at the hotel in May, also.

Hi djedradovan - You posted the information before I returned to the site. I was doing research on something else.

We are going to be in Zagreb for three days. If possible, we would like to visit both Varazdin and Trakoscan the same day. I believe I read they are about 40 km. apart. Would you know if there is a bus that would take us from one to the other or if there would be a taxi that could drive us from Varazdin to Trakoscan and we would there be a bus that could take us back to Zagreb from Trakoscan? I was unable to locate a tour that would do both on the same day.

Thanks in advance for whatever help you can give us.

Dear Ellie can you forward me their emailI might be able to locate them that way. By the way I have been checking the forum and sounds like Trogir is a great place to visit do you have any info on this little town close by to split. My husband and I hope to be in split early May

Trogir sounds very interesting. (Everything sounds so interesting that it is really hard to pick and choose.) We will be spending part of the day in Trogir.

We will be arrving in Split Sunday evening, 5/11. We will be there for three days.

Let me know how you make out. I do not know why you are having a problem getting into their site.

Another great hotel (a bit on pricey side) is Vestibul Palace quite close to Peristil Hotel but within the emperor%26#39;s quarters of the palace.

Also, when in Split area, don%26#39;t forget to visit Krka National Park and Šibenik. Also, if you can, visit Zadar - the sea organ there is one of the most impressive things you%26#39;ll see and hear in a while!
