best way to get from dubrovnik to amsterdam

Hi I will be travelling from dubrovnik up to amsterdam in november. Is the best way to go by plane? Or train?

or if you want to fly really cheap, instead of Croatia Airlines, you can fly Clickair.com to Barcelona and then with some other Low Cost Airlines to Holland. Or from Dubrovnik by Jetairfly to Bruxelles and then by train to Amsterdam...
