Zagreb to Hvar

Have air miles to use to Zagreb in June - fancy going to Hvar for 7 days, but will probably have had enough of flying (2 already) to get to Zagreb, so any alternatives - driving would be ok.....

You could take the bus, take the train or drive to Split and then get a ferry or catamaran out to Hvar.
